The recent extremely cold weather caused high electric use and high bills. If you are having trouble paying your electric bill, we may be able to help.
- Members can make an arrangement to delay payment through the gibsonemc.com website or through the Gibson EMC app. On the website, click the orange “Pay My Bill” button at the top of the home page. Next, select the blue “Payments” tab, then “Payment Arrangement.” On this screen, you’ll need to enter your account number or User ID and your password. (If you have any trouble with this, just call your local member service center and we will be happy to assist you.) On the app, once you log in, select the icon at the top left of the Account Info screen, then select “$ Payments,” and finally “Payment Arrangement.” Members are eligible for three payment arrangements each calendar year. Each payment arrangement will allow you to defer payment for up to two weeks. Our Member Service Representatives also can help you set up payment arrangements.
