• Are available to qualified applicants who are Gibson EMC members and legal owners of the property where the heat pumps are to be installed.
• Have attractive terms —  8% APR; payments spread over 10 years; $45 UCC-1 fixture filing fee; no down-payment; payments added to electric bill.
• Have maximum loan amounts -- $10,000 for a single heat pump; $12,500 for multiple units or an advanced heat pump.
• Are not transferable.  Balances of loans must be paid to release liens.
• Can be purchased though any of our qualified Quality Contractor Network heat pump dealers.  Heat pumps must meet all manufacturer and program specifications.  Inspections will be conducted by a Gibson EMC certified technician.
• Your heat pump installation may qualify you for a tax credit.
