Customer Service Centers

Gibson EMC’s corporate customer service center is in Trenton, Tennessee.  Our satellite customer service centers are in Alamo, Medina, Tiptonville, Trenton and Troy.  Our customer service centers (excepting Medina) are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.  (The drive-through windows open at 7:30 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m.) The Medina customer service center is open on Friday from 8 a.m. – noon and from 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

If these times and locations are inconvenient for you, don’t worry; we can take care of most transactions through this Web site or by telephone.  We have employees on duty 24-hours every day to assist you.
