Automatic Credit/Debit Card Draft

Credit/Debit Card Draft is a great way to save time, energy and postage, and avoid late charges.  Your electric bill is paid automatically with the monthly electronic transfer of funds from your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover account…

• With Credit/Debit Card Draft you will continue to receive an electric bill each month.  On your bill’s due date, we draft your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover account in the amount of your bill. 
• Credit/Debit Card Draft is offered to all Gibson EMC customers who have a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover account through a financial entity that is a member of the Automated Clearinghouse Association.
• You may print and complete the Credit/Debit Card Draft Authorization form, then mail or deliver it to your nearest Gibson EMC customer service center.
• After submitting your Credit/Debit Card Draft Authorization, please allow time for processing.  You will need to continue payment of your electric bill by check, cash or credit or debit card until you receive a Gibson EMC bill marked “TO BE PAID BY DRAFT.”
•  A convenience charge of 2.45% will be added to any debit or credit transaction using VISA or MasterCard, and to any credit transaction using American Express or Discover.
