We value our employees and promote from within whenever a qualified employee expresses interest. However, when a position is opened for external application, it is posted with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development Career Centers. The Career Centers then provide Gibson EMC with a pool of qualified applicants.* Anyone interested in a career with Gibson EMC should register with a local Career Center (Humboldt, Dyersburg and Union City).
