At Gibson EMC you can sign up for residential electric service by contacting one of our customer service centers or completing the information below.  For a list of our customer service centers, see "About Us".  Gibson EMC new members pay a $5 membership fee.   If you desire service during business hours, the following non-refundable fees apply:  $30 connect fee if there is a meter at the location or a $50 connect fee if there is not a meter already at the location.  If you desire service after business hours the following non-refundable fees apply: $60 connect fee if there is a meter at the location or a $70 connect fee if there is not a meter already at the location.  A $300 refundable deposit is also charged.

The membership fee, connect fee, and deposit balance are due prior to connection.
